Dave is a United States Air Force Veteran and a retired police officer.  He holds a BS in Crimnal Justice from Bryson Univerisity. His experience in security includes dignitary protection, information security and resource protection while in the Air Force.  He developed investigative skills as a police officer and later supervised police officers in the completion of their duties as they investigated misdemeanor and felony crimes in a city with one of the highest crime rates per capita in the state of Ohio. 

 

Jill is certified through the National Association of Personnel Services, and has over 10 years of experience in employment services and human resource management.  She is certified in behavioral based interviewing, and has extensive experience in drug screening as well as conducting employment background screening.  Jill holds a BS in Industrial Management with a concentration in Human Resources and a Minor in Psychology from the University of Akron.
